What's your opinion of carbon fiber spoiler on black car?

I have a Sapphire Black Metallic 535i and I've been kicking around the idea of getting a carbon fiber AC style rear spoiler. Does anyone have a pic of one on a black car? It seems like it would look almost gray and sorta clash with an otherwise all black car. Thoughts?

That doesn't look too bad...it would be nice to see one in person though. I guess with some other carbon fiber it would all fit together. Maybe splitter, kidney grills, and spoiler.
