I'm actually suprised at how many people prefer the OEM M5 trunk spoiler. If I got enough interest in one of the aftermarket brands like Wald or Vorsteiner I could get them made with my overseas contact

There's a member here from Australia that told me he got hooked up with a bunch of Vorsteiner reps a while back. I forgot his name though. Not sure why he never sold them on here. I'm sure there'd be a lot of interested buyers who wouldn't want to spend $1K for the original.

I have a question. How different is the ACS spoiler than the RDsport?

Looking at the pics, I can't really tell the diffence.

The ACS spoiler has a steeper angle pointing up than the RDSport one. Very subtle.

Thank you for the reply. Did you like the RDSport a lot better than the ACS spoiler? My car is stock with the exception of wheels, and I want to make sure the spoiler still looks good. Not out of place you know?

I think they're both about the same. I changed to the RDSport one cause the shop that mounted my ACS spoiler on my 545 basically glued it to the trunk so I couldn't take it off when I sold the car. Also, I was going with all RDSport performance mods on my M5 at that time so it was another reason to try something else.

On my 545, the ACS spoiler was the first mod I did on the car and then wheels. I can't find a pic of it but I remembered that it loooked a bit awkward without a body kit. Could have been just me though.
