What Winter Rims?

So within 300 miles of owning my 550i I popped one of my low-pro's on my 19"s. The roads here are shit and I want a set of 17's. Im running 245/35/ZR19 in the front and I never looked at the size on the back, what size tires/rim do i need so that i have a 17" winter set?

225/50-17 is the standard tire size for 17" wheels. Good time to shop for a winter set-up since most are ready to switch over to their warm-weather wheels / tires. Check out the member classified - saw a few advertised there recently. BTW - where is "upstate"? NY or some other location that would help!
