When i looked up exhaust in the CA vehicle code 6 years ago for a fix it ticket it specifically said whistle tips tips were illegal. I guess ooakland cops are to lazy to look up a vehicle code. Isn't the noise ordinance law 50 feet? That would not fly on Sunset Blvd. You would not make it one mile.
