Anyone know what the white circles in the grill are for?? are they air ducts? fog lights? I think what ever they are they look amazing and I want em 
Where can I get em? And why have I not seen anyone else with them? Are they not as cool as I think they are?

They would be considered the brake cooling duct mod for an E39 with M5 bumper. Its a pretty popular thing for E39 models. Take a look here:

Agreed. The ones in the 1st pics with the white 5er look weird.
