Can't find the part number for those 4 small rubber/silencer inserts, are they only included with complete heat shield part number 51487130801 ?

I'm not sure what those rubber bits look like, but very often when faced with something like this situation, I'll just head over to the local (full size) Ace Hardware store, and peruse their "oddball hardware" drawers looking for something that'll do the same job. There will almost always be one or two things that'll work (and you don't pay BMW prices, either). ;-)

To be honest I think 3M tape would accomplish the same thing. They are just silencers. Many things you can do to accomplish the same outcome. You can make your own rubber silencers

I've used this stuff called silicone tape a few times here and there. You can get it at Home Depot and it is advertised for emergency type repairs of pipes. The tape is not sticky, but it's naturally silicone-ish tacky and just grabs on to itself. Since silicone is high temp, this might be useful in this application.
