I finally broke down and picked up my first BMW last week and have not let the garage much since bringing her home. It's a Black on Black CPO 2009 535i with 50K. It seems to have everything but the night vision, heads up display and sun shades (can they be added?). The iDrive system takes some getting used to, but she drives like a champ.

So now what??? There seem to be many options and lots of fun to be had, but where to start? (Other than getting the windows tinted during this Florida summer).

Any helpful advice from the masses would be appreciated.

One thing comes to mind is getting that beast to almost 400HP with a JB4 or other engine mod\tune!

I'm pretty sure the door panels are specific to the window shades. So i would imagine they would need to be replaced It might be possible to modify this if you can find the top trim piece for the opening. But my guess is that comes secured to the panel. My thoughts would be that the cost out ways the bennifit...

to the forum. Where do you start...how much capital do you have to work with? Like Balbs stated above a tune would be the most efficient use of funds. Look around here on the forum at people pics and see what mods you like. Good luck
