Has anyone ever seen these wheels?

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseU...thracite+Accent

They are made by Moda. I've never heard of this company and my Google search hasn't come up with much results. They look cool but I wanted to know the quality and weight of them. Tirerack seems to be the only ones who carry them. I'll probably give them a call and ask about them.

i think moda is affiliated with bbs--but i heard they're manufactured under lower standards than bbs.

personally, i don't like the looks of those wheels. i think you can get much better for the same amount of dough.

Never seen them on a car -- so would be unique. Not what I would pick, but not bad. I think they would look better on a lighter colored car than a darker one.

Looks like they don't come in a staggered sizes if that matters to you. They also don't list the weight, which usually means they are heavy ( I think Moda's tend to be on the heavy side in general).

Good luck.

yes it would be unique. they look alright.. simple design. i would want staggered wheels though, and not too heavy.

No disrespect to you but those wheels look like shit.

Try a BBS wheel or something, they are just as cheap in 1 piece

Wow, no one seems to like those wheels, even my family members and close freinds...lol! How about these?

Okay here is my problem. I can't stand my stock wheels, I have the 16" 134 wheels. Originally, I wanted to go for the 166, but the wheels plus tires will all come out to about $3000 For me it's not easy to spend that kind of money on wheels and tires. So I was thinking of a less expensive alternative, and Tirerack seemed to have a couple that cought my eye. I like wheels that are less busy, (with the exception of the 166) and I cannot stand chrome.

So if anyone has better suggestions please let me know, I value anyone's opinion. Feel free to PM me as well.

I have an orient blue 2004 525i btw.

asa's are a good brand. ive seen an e60 before rolling in anaheim with jh8s. those jh9s look pretty nice. i noticed you're into the 5-spoke star design. my oem 128's could be an option or maybe the 167's. other options could possibly be tsw's, mayas, at's, vellanos, and asanti's too. ah i cant think of any more right now..

I think you need to see a set on a car before you make a decision. Wheels are tricky, you may like them but then when there on a car its like "wtf what happpend here, 2grand for this?"
