What do you guys think of this chip? Could it be real?

came across this site, its a shop in my area, have done some nice e46 m3, they coming up with a chip which sounds really promising.

read the site-this is only for cars before 96, not newer ones. It also gives you what it controls. Which is air/fuel, rev limit, O2 sensor on/off and throttle body control.
1. Our throttle bodies are already completely wide open all the time and our valvetronics control air into each cylinder at max throttle-so nothing to be gained from throttle body control
2.Air/fuel-you dont wnat to mess with this long term-you wil burn sensors and wreck your engine for minimal gains of running lean
3.Rev limiter-Pretty sure you do not wnat to go over 7k redline or 6500 with the V8 cars. That is not great for engine life and all e60s signifigantly drop off in power after their redline. The n54 engine even drops off well before its 7k redline as it is-so this will have no benefit to any of our engines
4.turning off o2 sensor. If you mess with air/fuel then this will be necessary but again this simply shuts of the thing telling you that you are wrecking your sensor and engine-probably no a good thing.
So anyway this chip is not made for our car, they are saying it is before 96 and even if it were-it would not beneift our cars. Our cars have already taken this information and incorporated it into factor ECU specs. Our stock ECU's are already tuned for this.
