PM Bruce Miranda ( he was on page1 of this post), he has forum member discount.
Or here is the link on ebay for your consideration:

BMW E60 V6 1L 5 Series LCI Cars to Special Ricky Brake Light Conversion | eBay

From what I have found out that this aftermarket lights are as close to OEM that you can find. However, the lights has not been tested to the Bruce LCI cable. If you are going ahead with Bruce cable, be at your own risk, and post us the $170 answer that I and some on this forum are pondering upon... haha GL bro

You are correct, if you are order the Depo set, they are PnP (OEM LCI looks). Ricky effect is a mod.

Yeah I know what you mean. I were debating when I order the Depo lights. But I took a chance and now the lights works and look like OEM. That's why I want to share with you all.
If it does not work, there won't be this thread right now. Go for it bro, you won't regret it. And for the price, it won't break the bank like OEM LCI. Plus, I think the LCI Bruce Cable would work since the bulb holders are identical to OEM, if you want the Ricky Brake. Even LCI OEM look without the Ricky effect are still look pretty nice.
