I did some searches and flipping through posts and could not get a definitive number in the difference in ride height between sport and standard suspension. I even called my local BMW dealer and they were clueless. I have a 2004 530i, sport package. I bought some H&R sports off a member using the specs on H&R's site and did not take into consideration that I have sport and those specs are probably based off standard. Since it's going to cost $400+ for me to get these installed, I'm wondering the amount these will actually lower my car because if it's only going to be .5"-1", I may just hold off and run with coilovers.

I don't know the numbers, but when my car is parked next to a non sport you can see the difference. Not sure if it's because I have a 550 sport, but like I said, I can see the difference and if I had a big dinner - seems a little hard to get out sometimes - lol. I've actually had a friend ask if I had it lowered.

sport package e60s are about 0.7" lower than the non-sports.
