Hey everyone, first post here.

I just got a 2006 530xi on monday, and am already planning some mods for it. I almost bought this car, but I decided to go with a newer one with less miles instead. If anyone knows what these two kits are called i'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks a lot man. After a quick search I landed right back on this forum, a bunch of guys recommending someone named Tony or Gerry. Like I said I'm new to all this, so do you have any idea on where the best place to purchase, paint, and install this kit? I live in New York (Rockland County, 20 minutes from NYC) but spend more than half of the year in Massachusetts (North Andover, 25min from Boston) and New Hampshire (Salem, NH, about 40 minutes from boston, 15 minutes from North Andover)

Any help/opinions with cost, installation, etc is appreciated.

There are a couple folks on this forum that sell the replica. I think it's about a $500-600 difference.

check out Umnitza's thread in the vendor section. There are some other vendors that sell the rep kit but here, only Umnitza carries Mtech.

OEM kit is around 1350. Bimmerzone was selling it for this price and they're somewhere in Virginia. Another vendor is Gary of Roman BMW (???). You have to search for his thread somewhere.

Since you're in NY, contact John at Motorcepts. He should be able to assist you with everything, from painting to installation and other mods too. Look for John in the vendor section.
