I've heard the r1 rotors https://www.r1concepts.com/ with the Hawk pads, I just ordered the rotors but i think i'll stick with the OEM pads once mine need replacement ..
I looked online for a coupon for the r1 rotors and CK10 took 10% off my order ..

I went with R1 rotors and Hawk pads from Acute-Performance. Very happy with their performance and low dust.

I put Stoptech rotors and pads on my 550i and my 530i, I also added the stainless steel lines, I'm not sure if it really helped, but the overall performance of the setup is definitely better than what I had with oem. And a big added benefit it the lack of dust that I now see on my rims.

when my front rotor warped, i replaced all my rotors and pads from R1Concepts, The pads came with the setup were not Hawk pads but they were Centric pads. Overall i am extremely happy with the setup.

are you looking for big brake kits? bc all i see are stock size suggestions? you can upgrade to an OEM M5 big brake kit, stoptech, brembo, etc....
tons of info to be had on each....just depends on what youre trying to achieve with the upgrade.

In stock size (non BBK) I don't know why anyone wouldn't go with OE 2-piece rotors now being specified. As near as I can tell they are on both 535s and the V-8 cars, and I can attest having just installed a set - that they look great behind the wheels. I don't see any aftermarket maker of rotors doing it better than BMW on this. Choose a lower-dust brake pad if you'd like (although they're unlikely to give you better performance), but in my ever-so-humble-opinion, just pony up for stock rotors.

I wanted to upgrade to OEM M5 BBK but i couldnt, i would have to make so many modifications.
OP are you going for look or to actually stop?
If your going to stop go for the Stoptech line. they are very good for good price. good luck=)
