From the description, I think it's just a lip spoiler that goes on the trunk.? It's subtle and examples or perhaps the same spoiler can be found on the e39 m5 and the current m3.

It can't be the front bumper. $224 for a front lip is way too cheap. My guess is also the trunk lip.

It has to be the optional M5 trunk spoiler shown on page six of the M5 brochure / Anyone have any additional shots of the spoiler?
