From the description, I think it's just a lip spoiler that goes on the trunk. It's subtle and examples or perhaps the same spoiler can be found on the e39 m5 and the current m3.

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
It can't be the front bumper. $224 for a front lip is way too cheap. My guess is also the trunk lip.

It has to be the optional M5 trunk spoiler shown on page six of the M5 brochure / Anyone have any additional shots of the spoiler?
