Unfortunately, the RPI M5 exhaust does not fit on the 545i. We are still looking for 550i, 535i, 530i, and 525i with stock exhaust to come in. It won't take long to determine whether the M5 exhaust will fit or not. Only a few minutes.

my step 550i is available, it just sits in the garage, but I have quad set-up.

We had hollywoodtrash's 2007 550i in for a brief look last week. Unfortunately, the 550i has the same problem as the 545i due to the location of a weld on the exhaust pipe behind the box resonator. Instead of using the existing RPI M5 muffler, we would need to start from scratch a new project. A decision hasn't been made whether we will go forward with the project.
