Take a look at these pictures. This is why the 710's/715's WILL NOT look good on your car. Just as I said in an earlier post, due to the lip, the spokes get cut short as they extend out to the circumference of the wheel. With that in mind, these wheels actually look SMALLER than 19's, because of that design. If you are going to go with a wheel design like this and a lip, you have to do 20's. If you do 19's, it just won't look right. In my opinion, they look terrible and just don't feel right inside the E60 wheel well.

This is why the CSL's or the 166's work better. They actually look like 19's, based on their design.

I like the lip if it's 20". If it's 19", no way....too small like C said. I don't think the V710 has much of a lip and still looks like a 19" rim should. You don't see as many V710's out there since they are newer, and in gunmetal....DAMN!

Below are all 20" HRE P40 originals, which the 19" V710 is based on:

I just saw that post and was coming over here to withdraw my comment about the 715's....it also doesn't help that the owner of those wheels is running bigger tires...stick to the CSL's ....did C just somewhat recc 166's w w

Even with a lower profile tire, it looks smaller than a 19" wheel. It's really a shame they don't make them in 20's. They would sell like hotcakes if they did. However, on a 3 series, these wheels are much more suitable, since the wheel well is not as large as the E60.

I still hate the 166's. However, for size, the 166's are a better fit than the 710's.

Yeah good point, the 710's really don't have a lip imo. But the 715's sure do.

True. You are right about that. However, in this picture with this M5, those are 20's. Everyone should just do 20's.
