I just bent one of my vmr710's on a medium sized pothole in NYC yesterday (en route to get a crazy led package from the man himself). when I had my lm reps, I hit potholes much larger and was riding on h&r coils and never bent a rim. I am quite dissapointed in how soft the outter lip of the 710s are. Does anyone think vmr might honor this as a warranty issue? I really don't think the size of the pothole hit would do this type of damage. The only good thing is that it appears purely cosmetic. There are no wobbles or anything even at high speeds... Any idea who I should contact? TIA

That sucks. You are not hte first NYC area VMR V710 owner who has told me that they have a bent rim.

Sorry to hear what happened. If you hit a pothole, then it's not a warranty issue. The warranty only covers any defects from factory. There is a wheel shop that member Ghostteck recommends. He fixed his wheels there recently. PM him for info. GL
