They are fine, but I have found that they are a bit soft. I have a huge bend in one of mine and I know plenty others who have all had the same issue. If your roads suck, expect to replace one sometime.

i dont know it depends on the style of the VMRs, im sure you can find out what the stock 166's weight without tires though

I love my VMR's. Much better ride, especially since I dumped the RFs too.
