Vinyl Overlay install in socal?

I got 2 sets of vinyl overlays for my tail lights last week. It's suppose to smoke the red part out. I tried installing them myself but kept getting crazy wrinkles. I'm going to a shop and get them done. Anywhere thats in OC thats relatively close to Irvine? I'd go to the place where I got my tint done, but he's going to bitch at me for not doing the tailight film with him.
