I need some help picking a video interface for my '07 SE. I just want to be able to use the screen to watch music videos, etc, so want an interface to take a composite input. Has anyone had any experience with any particular interface? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've seen one on ebay, but wanted to ask you guys prior to going any further.

I don't really want to spend too much on it, as I intend to change the car next year for a newer M-Sport.

saw the link you provided and its very tempting, but i think need to do more research before pulling the trigger, i want it also believe me..

Do you have something similar? If so, what is the video quality like?

 

The video quality is obviously a limitation of the DVD player you connect to and iDrive's screen resolution. I think it's good, obviously we have pre-LCI's, so the resolution is not as high as LCI's new iDrive screen.
