I recently added 15mm spacer to each side of rear wheels. I am detecting slight steering wheel vibration whenever I hit 100kmph. Speed below has no such vibration. The original offset of my rear wheels were +19mm. Can someone help me to resolve this? Thanks.

How trying to rebalance your wheels again. Which brand of spacer do you use? A poor quality spacer might be the cause of the vibration or you might have dented your wheels.

It is strange to have steering wheel vibration from the rear tires. That being said, you may be feeling the rear vibration through the steering wheel.
I just changed from my 19" replica wheels to OEM 17" wheels (temporarily), but I could not get the H&R 20mm spacers off the rear. Everything seems ok at more than 100km.
What kind of wheels do you have?
I do not think that you have a balancing issue. I believe that the connection between wheel and hub is probably not centered. As the last poster stated, it could mean that your spacer is not perfectly round.
Please give more details. Spacer brand, etc.

Based on my weird experience with aftermarket wheels, I believe that BMWs are sensitive to the connection between the wheel and hub/rotor area. I believe that I had this problem which caused me to remove my aftermarket wheels and go back to OEM.
The spacer creates one more possible bad connection.
I have H&R rear spacers with no real problem. I am not sure I have heard anyone report that they have Eibachs here.
If the fit is off by just .1 millimeter, you could get an offcenter wheel and vibration.
Of course, do not rule out anything unrelated entirely such as a bad wheel/tire.
