I have been fighting a vibration issue on a set of 20" Vertini Hennessey wheels with Falken 452 tires since I got them. I have heard nothing but good things about these wheels and tires from many members on the board. I was under the impression these wheels were hub-centric and designed for the E60. I have had the wheels rebalanced by tire discounters 2 different times and road forced with no luck. I was about to give up and replace the tires as a last resort when bam! The tech askes me to come out and see something. The rim would sit on the hub but there was the smallest amount of free play if you lifted up on the tire! These wheels are not hub-centric! I called Vertini directly and they confirmed these wheels were actually designed for an E39. E60 hubs are 72.56mm. The wheel's diameter is 74.1mm, therefore I needed a 1.54mm hub ring. Tire Discounters installed them, and presto! No more vibration. Any other Hennessey owners out there having issues? Try this!

That's right with aftermarket rims, sometimes you might get lucky without hubcentric rings and sometimes you don't. VMR is the other brand I know that makes hubcentric rims for E60s.
Happy to see that you are all set now

bump this back up there for more pics possibly? Considering these wheels. How much were the extra did you pay to get it right? How come others with the same wheels didn't have any problems?

I paid $150 for road force balancing and $20 for a set of Hub Rings. All is well now. Have no idea how nobody else had issues, these wheels clearly need Hub Rings.
