Hey André, can you clarify for the Vendors just a little bit as I do not think they are getting it.

Well, if you are a vendor and selling stuff, post it in the vendor classifieds only.
Follow the rules for vendors, such as: post a price and do not bump.
Other threads advertising your sales thread in the classifieds are spam.
If you post a thrwead here to advertise your sales thread in the classifieds, you are spamming!
Spam will be deleted.

Well, you are obviously promoting what you sell, even if there is no active sales thread for the shown products.
And since vendors will be asked to pay a fee for posting on the forum, now that it's sold, we need to make sure nobody gets an unfair advantage or advertises his company without being a vendor who pays.
It's a thin line...
I'd say, when I see it I know what to do...
But in general, I do NOT like it when vendors post stuff here. Use the vendors classifieds. That's what is there for.
If it really is for YOUR OWN PRIVATE car, say so in the post!
But if you ask once a week, again, you are spamming...
