My Ride: 2011 F10 528i - Imperial Blue, Oyster/Black, Premium, Premium 2, Cold Weather, Xenons.
Search for Valentine, I just installed mine in about 10 min last night using the in the DIY forums for reference.
Easy, and only a 10 or 11mm openend wrench (Spanner for your guys in the UK) was required.

Don Juan, I saw your V1 install in the DIY section. Are you able to use your sun visor or does the V1 unit get in the way?

My V1 is on the way, but I have a tinted thick stripe over the windshield to cover the V1 of sun and from people detecting it that really haven find the need to use my sunshade. but in the event I need to I cna easily move the cord to the passenger side and reintalled it there
