Where is the best place/site to purchase a US-Spec Trunk Finisher?

Not too concerned about it being pre-painted.

Oh wait a second, I just noticed you have a 2008 LCI e60. The trunk finisher he sells is for the 2004 - 2007 e60. I don't know if BMW is selling the 2008 e60 trunk finisher yet. The 2004-2007 trunk finisher will not fit on your 2008 LCI. You can call Garry to verify that fact. Maybe they have it to order now..?

AFAIK, no TF's for the LCI just yet....eurorev sells custom fitted OEM TF's for LCI's but they do not ship IIRC....

member westcoast550 has aTF he custom fitted for his LCI 550, but doesn't want it. It's AW....it is priced to sell, might balance out for a new unpainted one you would get anyway perhaps....shoot him a pm if you are interested...
