Guys,
I installed my KW coilovers about a year ago, and the rear right side has been somewhat problematic.
My rear spring keeps busting through the strut support cup, I just took it to the shop yesterday and today, the cup is busted AGAIN!![Hyper](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/hyper.gif)
All other coilovers have the same height, the same rebound/stiffness, I have included some pics of the part that keeps breaking, on the pics you can see the strut tube sticking out.
Any advise, what could be the problem?, install?, anybody with a similar experience?

Sounds like improper install, when you put together the shocks for the install there should be a metal washer below AND above the rubber bushing at the top of the shock (at least KSports have these). If the upper one isn't there then there is nothing to keep the bushing from sliding right over the nut at the top and this is what happens.

From the diagram , you're missing either part #8 or 9, and if thats the case as soon as you hit a hard bump the rubber bushing will slide over the retaining nut at the top and do exactly what you show in your pics. There shouldn't be any damage, but get it to the installers quickly to avoid damage to the shock/suspension - just go easy on the drive over there
