First impressions are very favourable. However, I've only driven 30 miles since, I'll be able to give you a better verdict when I get back from Germany. So far, so good. The difference before and after is noticeable - for the better.

I've been thinking of upgrading my ARBs as well but didn't think of using the M5 ones. I was hoping Dinan would come out with a set. I guess I should call my dealer to see about the M5 ARBs.

Ok, after 4 days at the ring, I'm qualifed to comment now
*Very* noticeable difference. The car is flat now, (I'll try and dig out pics showing this) with very little body roll evident. Certainly noticeably improved from previously.
What the difference would be without the Coilovers as well I can't say. However, so far, well recommended.
