My Ride: 2010 BMW 528xi

Took my '10 528xi in for routine service/warrenty items. Ended up driving a '14 528xi for 4 days while they waited for parts.
Love the newer nav system (except the voice, wow she is annoying). Much more responsive, maps layout looks nicer, Bluetooth integration for audio (i.e. Pandora without cables), etc. Really liked it.
Stupid question - any way to upgrade the computer in my '10 to be the one being offered in the new models? Dealer or 3rd party? Any idea on costs? The entire dash panel looks so nice. Love the steering wheel controls better too.
This is what stinks with Tech... We tend to get new tech every 1-2 years, but with a car that we keep 5-10 years, the tech gets old right quick. Just wondering aloud.
