its an overlay with an adhesive back. You just paste it on top of your current trim

I decided to take the plunge as well since I have a little scuff mark on the passenger side and figure this would be a good "repair".

In terms of fitment, I wouldn't give it as high as Sachal did. At best, I can only give it somewhere between 85-90%. However, it's rather fortunate for me that my car is black and I do have gloss trim, so for the most part, it blended rather nicely. Only very up close examination will you notice the imperfection.

I'll post pictures tomorrow in a separate thread since it was dark by the time I got done installing.

Hmm, I might do this as well. I have a noticeable white marking from the previous owner. Looks like old dried up wax or polish. Thanks for sharing.

Yes sir. Also give the seller few days I emailed him about the imperfections and he is making the changes in the drawing and sending me newer better fitment version in the next couple of days. ;-)
