So to clarify...the fog lights are only if you want to replace and upgrade your current fog lights? Because all non-M5 E60's have fog lights correct?

if you have fogs, you want to keep fogs? If you want to keep the fogs, get the Mtech. It is the only one that has the mounting for them.
M5 bumpers have no ability for fogs.

Ok, let me explain the reason for the delay.
For the E60, unlike the E39, there are 8 different bumper combinations.

They are now listed on the site, they are:

All are E60 Mtech or M5 bumpers and ALL have the washer cover and washer bracket holder.
03-07 Models (04 really but 03 build date)
1) E60 Mtech Bumper with PDC + FOG
2) E60 M5 Bumper with PDC Without Fogs
3) E60 Mtech Bumepr without PDC + Fog
4) E60 M5 Bumper without PDC Without Fogs

08-09 Models
5) E60 Mtech Bumper with PDC + FOG
6) E60 M5 Bumper with PDC Without Fogs
7) E60 Mtech Bumepr without PDC + Fog
8) E60 M5 Bumper without PDC Without Fogs

Applications for 08-09 fitments are the same but are specific to that model year.

Note that if you want to get the M5 bumper, you cannot get the fogs or have any way of mounting the fogs.
If you want the Mtech bumper, you can choose to get PDC or no PDC, but they both will accept Fogs.

Couple questions:

An M-Tech bumper can be fitted to an 03 - 07 model year car. The M- Tech bumper is the bumper with the uggly side marker on it, right? Is it available without the side marker? Probably not. That's why we need the Umnitza Tic-Tac bumper.

Can our regular fogs be reused in an M5 bumper or are the different fogs?

What do you mean side marker? that is not part of the bumper, you mean turn signal or reflector??

I think BlackBear is confusing the LCI (2008+) front bumper (with the side orange reflector) with an M-tech bumper (which comes with an LCI 550i Sport package and an orange reflector also). Pre-LCI e60's (2004-07) with an M-tech bumper will not have the orange side reflector.

Blackbear, regarding the fogs. With an OEM M-tech bumper, the original fogs can be used. I cannot comment with this umnitza rep bumper. M5 front bumpers do not have fogs.

***An M-tech bumper is not the same as an M5 bumper

I'm really interested in getting a staggered set of your 20" wheels. I'm thinking u10s , u20, or u20s.

The multi-quote feature on this site is really finicky, I can't get it to work, so here goes:

1) Black Bear:
Mtech is available for both years - 03-07 and 08-09.
The side reflector I do not believe is available for either on these bumpers.
Regular fogs can be used on Mtech bumpers, but not on M5 bumpers <-- M5 bumpers don't have any mounting for it.

2) Einstein57:
We have an order going in now, if you want something within 5-8 weeks, this is the time <-- again, not rushing you. We do it in batches of 5 wheels and it usually gets staggered out ever 2-3 weeks.

3) Ksa-Sun:
Saudi Arabia is a difficult shipping location. These bumpers are just barely able to ship regular US mail. Shipping by BAX Global would be $500+. Unless you are buying a pallet+ worth of goods, the cost of shipping is too high.
