Ok, let me explain the reason for the delay.
For the E60, unlike the E39, there are 8 different bumper combinations.

They are now listed on the site, they are:

All are E60 Mtech or M5 bumpers and ALL have the washer cover and washer bracket holder.
03-07 Models (04 really but 03 build date)
1) E60 Mtech Bumper with PDC + FOG
2) E60 M5 Bumper with PDC Without Fogs
3) E60 Mtech Bumepr without PDC + Fog
4) E60 M5 Bumper without PDC Without Fogs

08-09 Models
5) E60 Mtech Bumper with PDC + FOG
6) E60 M5 Bumper with PDC Without Fogs
7) E60 Mtech Bumepr without PDC + Fog
8) E60 M5 Bumper without PDC Without Fogs

Applications for 08-09 fitments are the same but are specific to that model year.

Note that if you want to get the M5 bumper, you cannot get the fogs or have any way of mounting the fogs.
If you want the Mtech bumper, you can choose to get PDC or no PDC, but they both will accept Fogs.

we'll have more information on the rear in a few days once we figure that out.

Also, prices for the front bumper are exactly the same throughout. Regardless of the type you want.
