umnitza, just upload the raw footage and pictures w/ a summary. We don't need a fancy video. I can edit it for you if you're struggling that much. I do video work for a living. And did the 50W 60ohm resistor remove the error on your E39 DRL setup?

Probably still trying to figuere out the error message, i heard that it can't be fixed with a resistor but im not quite to sure on the accuracy of this statement.

That is something AIB has that Umnitzas product doesn't , no error message i think thats part of the patent. Im not quite sure, but in response to coolguy, it is true, during the day is very difficult to see the Angel eyes to clear.

..the error message only pops up when using the wiring harness hooked up as DRL. The V2's on their own, just plain work with no error messages. Unless you mean AIB v3 has DRL function with no error messages...

hmm rj ur getting confused and confusing rest of the ppl again

"THE ERROR" has nothing to do with the actual ICE V2 unit, It is a totally seperate thing!!

AIBv2 don't offer that "DRL HARNESS" Umnitza is selling for $29 xtra. so PLSS don't keep comparing AIB with Uminitza w/ Error message.

SUMMARY:

I. Umnitza ICE V2 = Works as promised!! Plug&Plug Functionality! THE END!

but, some of us, dont want to stop there, we go further , which is ....

II. DRL Harness = Something Umnitza trying outside the box, to get LCI 2008 Models Effect (i.e AngelEyes as DRL's, pressing Unlock on remote, would turn AngelLights ON

Hope this is the last time, ppl will keep stating AIBv2/v3 is better because there is No ERROR message lol!

umnitza provides extra wiring to tap the ECU to provide DRL function to the AE's. Hooking them up this way is what creates the error code. If you bothered to read, you would know this.

rj, who did you hear from that the resistor won't fix the error code? You're not pulling things out of your butt again are you?

kNIGHTCOM remind me who you are if you ever go to a meet!

AIB tried doing this a while back and stated that it wasn't possible, so if you do fix the erro message, on your DRL then let me know. Obviously you fail to read youself i never mentioend where the error message came from i just stated what i was relayed a couple of days ago.

but do please introduce yourself at the meet, id love to chat with you!
