I believe Nelson29 has a guy to do this for you in the Florida region.
you can always ship it out to NYC and I can take care of it for you.
(of course you have to pay for shipping out and return)

If you really wanted to get creative, you could get a multi color LED. Wire it up to a switch so you could change the color of the LED's from blue to red or whatever.

I did try to look into it. I couldn't find any multi color Pirahna LED's. (the one our headlights use).
I would only want to use OEM spec LED's. I'm sure I can wire up some random LEDS, but you never know how long they would last and if it blows, I would have to take it apart and put it back to OEM you know.
The other thing is, with multi color LEDs.. I have only seen them being blue/red/yellow. Never white / another color. So if you can find a multicolor Pirahna LED, then you can point me to it and I can try it.

If anyone wants to be a tester I can help them out. I just have to examine the headlight first and see if I can get the right LED's before.

Let me know if u want me to do it this weekend.
I thought about buying a extra set of headlights and install Red LEDs and get Red Angel eyes. Then I can interchange them.
White one week, red next week.
We should have a mini meet at night again with all the E60 with the Eugene eyebrow mod. Same location as the 1st time.
