Since you have the OEM TV and the OEM ACM why dont you connect the TV via the ACM and them you dont need the TV-FREE module because on the ACM there are wires you can disconnect to get any input to work on the go.
That's not possible...the TV function in ACM is meant for another option which is called DVBT tv setup box or something...the oem tv is displayed in a different view(split view) where the screen is still split in two...2/3 of the screen displays TV while 1/3 shows the assist window where you can show the sat nav's map arrow/perspective/directional view or journey computer...i was hoping if only i could bring all the functions of acm into the way the oem tv displays...that'll be really integrated with i-drive!

Lucky me! I bought mine locally from a workshop here. I had this on my car for more than a year...And it still works great!

+1 to Bruce's comment. TV is a nice gimmick. It came with my car but I would not have ordered it as an option.

1 thing I have noticed (which it also mentions in the instructions) is that the car decides whether to tune to digital or analogue depending on the reception in the area. Odd thing is that at home I can get both signals but the car only tunes to analogue. At the office in London it picks up digital.

@ 525iii - My car only has auto tuning for channel selection - no manual frequency selection at all.
