When I first purchased the car I thought it had the sport OEM suspension (but it looked pretty low to me). FFWD 1 year later, I finally got around to measuring the front suspension, floor to fender and hub to fender. The measurement came out similar to H&R Sport height (per local member salaki), not exactly -- it's closer to Eibach measurements I would think.
So yes, to answer your question. It's been lowered.

Amber Angels look sweet! I found some footage on Youtube. Not sure about the manufacturer but they look awesome! Would not want to see this in a dark alley!
