I got a warning sign saying that i have a punctured tyre. I checked all the tyres and checked all the pressure and they were all fine! The next day i checked again and they were still fine. Why would this alert come up? how do i get the warning sign off?

The E60 sometimes warn about nothing, but also for something.

When one for the rear wheels spin, for any reason, the warning comes on.

I had an slowly leaking puncture last summer and the system warned about it - perfect.
I had a nail in my right rear.

In the winter I have these false warnings all the time, but that's due to the system
which is run by the ABS function.

same thing happened to me on a road trip to Atlanta. I was driving on the highway and all of the sudden I get a flat tire message on the idrive, pulled over to check and nothing is wrong with my tires. took it to the dealer and reset the message. step by step: hold down idrive button straight down for 2 sec and repeat. then enter service menu and reset the ftm after the tires are inflated to proper psi and drive off. message gone and no worries
