TV function when car is moving
Who do I have to pay and how much would it be to have it done. There must be some BMW programmer out there willing to make a few bob on a saturday..
While you're at it, disable the seatbelt warning aswell please..
I'm serious. (for a change)

No way any BMW tech will do that.
But freischaltmodul.de is testing a device what allows watching TV while the car is moving. This will soon be available.
And for the seatbelt chime... Buckle up...
or get a buckle and plug it in...

Yeah I know.. It has something to do with interrupting the signal to the I-drive that the car is moving without removing the signal to the navigation. If they do that you will also loose the ABS sensors giving info to the navigation that you are moving (for example in a large tunnel). If that doesn't happen the car's GPS system wil think that you are standing still and that will give late reactions and problems when finding the route.
