I think at the moment You can find this as an aftermarket box. If I remember correctly Iceman have that.

Alex - you want to go in style, hamman sells such unit..... so does Ebay 
but watch out. there has been a lot of faulty units on ebay.... i even think Iceman had bought like 2 faulty fake pcs before getting the functioning one
PS: shame on you, driving the M5 with TV??? damn you're so slow
no radio or tv is a must while driving the Emmy, the engine just sounds so nice
