Honestly, the scheduled maintenance is really your tune up. Just keep up with the scheduled maintenance and your car will always be tuned up. RTFM on what needs to be changed as part of maintenance.

like Kapusta said just maintain your car... but from what i understand for a major tune up you should check your brakes, oil, gas filter-not to be confused with oil filter... spark plugs, belts, control arms if they have been worn down, air filters, cabin mircofilters, and whatever else you do,, im going to do my brakes bmc filter and oil change and to clean my gas filter im using fuel system cleaner =p thats what the bmw guys told me to do lol but they said to change the sparks and gas filter and stuff would be better off done at 60-70 k its more worth it but i've heard people getting better gains in hp and humh from changing there plugs =p
