I'm looking at the same mod right now (and ten other ones) and the CF fabric is certainly an inexpensive solution. I contacted my dealer today and he quoted $1400 for the Titanium trim installed. In contrast the CF fabric would represent about 20% of that cost....big difference! On the flip side, this implies you'll do the install yourself. Personally, I'm a little worried! From what I gather it requires some pretty serious disassembly of the interior of your car and for the door handles you have to remove the full door panels! It seems like a lot of work and what happens if some of the reassembly doesn't go well and you end up with either broken or loose parts causing rattles etc....? I'm a little paranoid of this process...but maybe that's just me? Some of the guys who've done this can chime in and confirm how easy this is. This mod also ruins the stock trim (some mentioned using painters tape to protect the stock trim but I think this would give you a poor result). The stock trim can possibly be sold for a few hundred or more which could offset the cost of the OEM replacement trim?

I've only removed the panels that are wood....and not the door handles...
but the wood panels are pop off and "easy" to remove....(that means not really easy but nothing complicated behind the actual process...just a little care not to snap too much plastic)..
