My Ride: 2007 550i, Mystic Blue over Auburn, 6-Manual, Sports, Premium, Cold Weather, Logic 7, Nav, Sirius, MTec Front & Sides with M5 rear apron, VIS Penta carbon fiber vented hood, OEM M166s, (or Style 101M with winter 19 Blizzaks), BMW Blue Calipers, Custom Quad Exhaust and M5 side grills, trunk finisher and spoiler. 285/35/19 PS2s on standard OEM 166s with no rubbing whatsoever. Many members have run this size and some wider. The front is the issue - standard M5 width of 255 width will rub, and even 245/40-19 will rub. If you drop the front down to 35 profile it's no problem but I can tell you the 245/40 will definitely rub with the sport package suspension.

245/35-19 and 285/35-19 are safe for the cars with stock offsets.

i used to have them (5months ago) as I had to order the CS3/PS2 for they are not available in my country (in my size that is) and it gave way 3months later (pregnant on the sides) and I opted for PS2 as they gave me an offer price which was only USD20 more than the T1Rs... overall ok, but wear and tear on T1Rs are on the higher side.
