May I ask? Is this license plate retractor a strong construction? Can it easily be broken? What is it made of?

? ???? ??????? ?? ??????? ??????? It's plastic - at least the ones I've seen. It's sturdy, but in the old country "sturdy" doesn't always cut it... at least, as far as I can remember
