Just finished the Orion V2 mod. I blacked out the eyebrow portion and replaced the Radio Shack LED with SMD from TheRacerBoss. I blacked out the headlight like Ehssan's and swapped out the projector lens ZKW 3" clear len. After seeing these, I wonder why I didn't do this mod earlier. I can't stop looking at them. I need to upgrade to 6000k D1S bulbs. The stock ones look yellowish. Motorcepts next weekend.
Also going to need super bright LED turn signals. I blacked out the blinker with VHT nightshade. Put too many coats and now you can't see the turn signals during the day. At night they're barely visible.
Thanks to nomis_nehc, Ehssan, TheRacerBoss for the inspiration. After seeing the recent post of the Orion mods inspired me to do it.
Wasn't that hard to do. For cutting the headlights open, I used a oscillating tool. I think the hardest part of the installation, was the clear lens swap. I didn't have the correct bits to take the projector unit apart. So I cut one of the supports and took the lens out. Then put the clear lens in and bend the support back. JB Weld it together. Done.
Must of spent like 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to take it apart with flat head screwdrivers. Gave up and figured it'll be easier to just cut it.

Picture time.
These pics are unedited. The rainbow effect is due to the polarizer lens on the camera. Not visible in person. Just a nice effect.

Bro i can't stop watching the video! the headlights looks so sick with indy red. I'd want to do the same as you but with clear side lenses. If i do this i wont have to do the LCI headlight coversion.

Amazing job dude ,, I'm sure you can't be any happier with this upgrade ..
it's time to have the angel eyes as DRL since you are 2007 , also I made the Angel eyes dimmer when low beam is on ( like the LCI ) since the orions are too bright at night ,,,
