whatever you put in it, the tire pressure warning system is still some weird monday-morning version: it only informs you of a difference in tyre pressures among the four. but when all four loose pressure, you won't know it unless you have the discipline to check all tyres regularly by hand.
So stupid not to have a pressure indication in the dash. Like most - way cheaper - other cars (like Renault) have.
the only positive thing I can think of is that you - theoretically - only have to check one tyre at the gas station: according to the BMW system the other four are similar.
