I was wondering what's the max tire size I could put on my 166s for my 545 sport? front and rears? i'd like to eliminate the gap and also have the muscle tire look in the back. what do you guys suggest? right now i believe i have rear 275/30 and front 245/35, can i go bigger?

Some members have gone 285/30 with reports of no rubbing. I would think M5 vs. M6 offset could play a part in that as well...

according to this thread..

http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=...mp;#entry630040

when the OP mentions 285 for the rears he states a possibility of rubbing especially when putting spacers. The only time spacers would be used is with M5 offsets pushing them closer to M6 offsets...I am sure other members will chime is with personal experience. GL
