Im gonna try a front set of Hankook Ventus v12's...They sell them locally for the front 245/35/20 $135 a piece here in Socal and I hear good reviews on them...Theyre priced decent for low pro's and the have nice looking tread.

Im in the same situation...looking for all seasons for the stock 225/50/17's. $600 or under for discount tire direct or tirerack is a must. So far im between the BFG Advantage, BFG G-force A/S super sport, Falken Azenis PT722, Yokohama YK520, and Yokohama Avid Envigors....ordering within the next 24 hours!!!
Also, why is this size so EXPENSIVE? I've bought 18 and 19" low profile Z rated tires for much less than these 17's!!

As long as the Hankooks are road force balanced by a reputable operator then you should not have anuy problems. Took me 3 times and 3 different shops to finally get ALMOST perfect. These tires are not "rotationally perfect" like Michelins, just so you know.

I recently changed from Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 to Pirelli P-Zero Nero, and I have to say... man... although damn expensive, PS2 all the way for grip!
