Hey guys I just went to a wheel place today with my new rims and tires for my new 04 525i E60... i got 20" Drag DC1's and width is 8.5... the tires are 255/35x20.... So anyway I go there to get them put on the guy tries the wheels... and it doesn't fit.. he says the tire is hitting the thing right under the spring it is like a metal plate right under the srping... So any suggestion on what tire size i should get for my 20's???

Like herb and some other guys in know u guys got 20's what tires sizes you got I need help fast man!!! HELP!!!!

It sounds like what you need are wheel spacers instead of different size of tires. Sounds like you have a case of wrong offset on the wheels

245/35/20 in front and 275/30/20 in the rear should do you fine.

Or maybe some 285/30/20s in the rear instead.

Not sure about those rims though bro. And chromed out 20s would surely slow you down, especially in a 2.5L I6.

Does the 255/35x20 not fit in the back too, or just the front?

Weel he only trie the front and i don;t want differnt sizes so i mean if one doesn;t im not gonna get 2 differnt ones...

With the correct offset (ET value). This is very important or the wheels will never fit.
