Guys-
New BMW owner, really enjoy reading the forum so far.
I have a question and can't seem to find a straight answer.
I have a 2010 528i. I am looking at buying a friends OEM M6 wheels, 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear. The tires on them are brand new as he got aftermarket wheels right when he bought the car. The tires are 255/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear.
Can I run this set up on my car or would I need new tires? My car is not lowered.
Thanks for your help.

u cant run the fronts
:l
too wide and tall
plus it would look like shit with that girth around the front tires
245/35/19 is what most get on here to maximize their protection
245/30/19 just looks nicer
