Hi everybody
I bought my self a set of 166 rims from an M5 and I want to change my front tires since the 255's that come with the m5 wheels will be too big. I took my car to the tire shop and they suggest to use 245/35/19 size tires. The 35's are too low and I am concern of bending the rims. Can someone tell me If I using 40's will cause rubbing. My car is a 545i with sport pakage. I would like to know what other fellow 5ers with sport package are using.

I've got a pair of 245/35/19s on the front with 166s and I have had no problems with the rims. Unless you got some crappy roads out there, you shouldn't have any concern about bending your 166s
